Papalani™ Gelato (Heavenly Gelato in Hawaii) offers a taste of Heaven On a Cone to Kauai’s residents and visitors. We feature the finest Kauai Made, gourmet traditional and organic gelato and sorbetto in a variety of local flavors, plus gelato cakes and pies for any occasion. We also offer rare, all-natural, artisan chocolates and other confections from around the islands of Hawaii.
Chocolates, we love them so much. We are passionate about chocolate and make some of the best chocolate confections and truffles anywhere. We use Kauai and Hawaii grown products in much of what we make. We also offer a complete line of artisan made chocolates and other Hawaiian Food products grown and or made in Hawall.
Located on Kauai, Hawaii in the Poipu Shopping Village, Papalani™ Gelato uses fresh local ingredients to create frozen delights onsite daily. Additionally, we provide catering services for your special event. We also wholesale our gelato and sorbetto to Kauai restaurants, hotels, grocers, and other food establishments.
Papalani™ Gelato is locally owned and operated by Marck and Lauren Shipley. The Shipley’s established this company because of their shared passion for Kauai and gelato. Papalani™ Gelato operates with the utmost respect for Kauai’s people, land, values, culture and traditions. We are active members of the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Hawaii Hotel and Lodging Association-Kauai Chapter, and the Poipu Beach Resort Association.
