We make lots of different chocolate confections. Chocolate is a passion of ours. We love working with and eating all kinds of chocolates and feel chocolate works well with many other ingredients including lots of local foods available on Kauai and throughout this islands of Hawaii. We also love big and bold flavors, textures, and unusual pairings. So sometimes we use ginger, lavender, peppers, spices, fruits of all kinds, and what ever may be of interest to us on a particular day. Chocolate is something we think of often.
The items we have available change with the seasons and with our moods. The items described on this page are normally available, but at times we have other items as well. We like to change things up and make our chocolate store a place where chocolate lovers may always find something new and interesting. We always use the best chocolate to make everything.
We are also sensitive to the existence of food allergies and always offer Gluten free and Dairy Free options for you. We also use the best local foods available in some of our products.
Smores – One of our favorite items. We take our own homemade marshmallow (made from mom’s recipe), graham crackers, and dip them in our own exclusive dark chocolate blend. The recipe for marshmallow was handed down to Lauren from her mom who was an amazing cook and serious food lover.
Chocolate dipped Marshmallow Bites – Small pieces of our home made marshmallow dipped in either milk or dark chocolate.
Taste of Kauai – We gather locally grown pineapples, bananas, papayas, mangos in season and dry them ourselves. We then combine them with our milk or dark chocolate to create a real taste of Kauai. The only chocolate company on island using locally grown fruits to make chocolate confections.
Macadamia Nut Clusters – Milk or Dark chocolate clusters. Unlike most of the package products, ours are full of macadamia nuts.
Coconut Haystacks – Lots of coconut with either milk or dark chocolate. A tropical chocolate treat!
Peanut Butter Cups – Milk or Dark chocolate covers organic peanut butter. If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you should try at least a dozen.
