We love caramel. We love the flavor, the softness, the mouth feel of well made caramel. Unlike many other chocolate makers, we use 100% all natural hand made caramel. The texture of our caramel is soft with a creamy mouth feel. We use caramel in various ways. As we do with all of our chocolates, we make sure we pair the best chocolate with our caramels.
Caramel and Marshmallow Dipped in Chocolate – We take our hand made caramel, combine it with our home made marshmallow and then dip it in either milk or dark chocolate. The flavors and textures work well together.
Caramel Bites – Our hand made caramel dipped in either milk or dark chocolate. At times, we use a macadamia nut caramel in addition to our regular caramel. A bite of heaven.
Papalani Bites – One of our most popular and favorite items. Milk or dark chocolate squares with a center of our caramel and large macadamia nut pieces. We always use Hawaiian grown macadamia nuts even though they cost us much more than macadamias from other places.
Caramel Sticks – Plain or macadamia nut caramel ready to be eaten. Our caramel is not hard and is made 100% naturally.
Hand made Honus (Hawaiian Sea Turtles) – Our special hand made butter rum caramel dipped in our special dark or milk chocolate blends with Hawaiian Grown Macadamia Nuts. Creamy caramel and rich chocolate. One of our most popular items!
