Our dairy and gluten free sorbetto is made from the finest local ingredients available to us. Since our sorbetto contains no dairy products, it is also fat-free and vegan friendly. Unlike other dairy free frozen desserts, our sorbetto is silky and soft on your palate and never icy.
We always use local fruit when we can get it. We buy as much as we can in season and the freeze what we do not use fresh to have it available all year long. When we can not get local fruit, we use real fruit not some sugary flavor syrup. Our fruit flavors are made with real pure fruits.
