Papalani™ Gelato offers the finest Kauai Made, artisan gourmet traditional and organic gelato (Italian ice cream) and sorbetto (sorbet), in a variety of flavors. We offer many gluten free options. Our gelato recipes include traditional flavors such as pistachio and Belgian chocolate to tropical flavors such as mango and papaya, and local Kauai flavors such as kulolo and macadamia nut. Our passion for gelato drives us to create new, distinctive, and custom flavors, many of which our customers have suggested to us.
