We are always looking for new ways to combine new flavors and textures to create unusual flavors. We also make organic Gelato – Italian style ice cream. We also get many suggestions from customers, local chefs, and other sources. We have created flavors for specific events as well as restaurants on the island. These flavors are those we feel demonstrate our passion for what we do and for the ingredients and flavors we find.
Butter Pecan Gelato – Freshly roasted Pecans in a buttery creamy base
Brownies and Cream Gelato – two of our favorite things, chocolate fudge brownies and a creamy base
Celebration Cake Gelato – Cake batter with butter cream frosting
Chai Tea Gelato – our own blend of chai is used to make this spicy and aromatic flavor
Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch – Organic peanut butter with roasted peanuts and chocolate fudge sauce

Egg Nog Gelato – Seasonal flavor made with and without rum
Ginger Bread Gelato – old fashion gingerbread flavored gelato
Kalaheo Cookies – Biscotii flavored gelato with chocolate hazelnut cookie sauce mixed throughout
Kauai Crunch Gelato – caramel flavor with caramel sauce, coconut, macadamia nuts, and a chocolate cookie sauce. A signature flavor
Luck of the Irish Gelato- Baileys (do we really need to say anymore?) caramel, fudge, and vanilla
McBryde Coffee Crunch Gelato – McBryde plantation is the largest coffee plantation in Hawaii. Our tribute is espresso and a mix of coffee flavored cookies with fudge sauce.
Peanut Butter Explosion – Organic Peanut Butter, Chocolate Fudge Sauce, Chocolate covered peanuts, peanuts, and peanut butter cups – Signature Flavor
Pecan Pie Gelato – A favorite flavor. We use a creamy caramel like base and add locally made pecan pie.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake Gelato – Locally made upside down cake with fresh pineapple
Pumpkin Pie Gelato – A seasonal flavor – Just like mom makes but as a gelato – pie, pumpkin, and spices
Root Beer Float Gelato – Natural Root Beer and our Tahitian Vanilla together.
Rosewater Pistachio White Chocolate Gelato - great flavors work so well together
Sesame Crunch Gelato – Sesame gelato with praline sesame and chocolate
Smores Gelato - One of our favorite things and made into an original gelato flavor
Salt Ponds Gelato – One of our favorites. Butterscotch with local sea salt. Loved it so much it inspired us to create a chocolate truffle – Signature flavor
Sour Cream Gelato – rich and tangy at the same time
Tiger Butter Gelato – white chocolate and organic peanut butter
White Chocolate Lavender – We continue to be surprised at how popular this flavor is. Not sure why we are surprised as we love it as well
We make a number of organic flavors. These flavors are made from organic milk, cream, sugar, emulsifier, and flavoring ingredients. We do not have these flavors often as obtaining the ingredients here for a completely organic product is challenging.
